Bradburys Cheese have swept the top prize at this year’s International Cheese Awards with Roquefort Papillion Revelation.
The French Ewe’s milk blue cheese was awarded Supreme Champion by a panel of expert judges on Tuesday 25th July at the cheese awards in Nantwich, Cheshire. The awards had record entries with 5,685 cheeses entered, making it the largest cheese show in the world.
Bradburys Sourcing Director Richard Paul commented ‘This Papillion cheese is a stunning product with a perfect blend of sharp tangy blue and creamy, tasty cheese’.
Bradburys also swept up 9 Trophies, 24 gold medals, 16 Silver and 11 Bronze for their array of stunning cheeses during the show.
