This dish features succulent strawberries and thin slices of prosciutto paired with grilled Oumi Halloumi cheese on a bed of mixed salad leaves. It’s dressed with a light balsamic glaze.

Add your leaves, prosciutto and strawberries to your plate

Lightly fry your Oumi on a medium heat until Golden Brown

Add to your plate

In a bowl mix your vinaigrette ingredients together with a pinch of salt and pepper.

1 tsp seeded mustard
