We are seeking a proactive individual to join our Sales Team as an Account Executive

Previous sales experience is required along with an ability to build relationships with internal departments and external customers, problem solve and sell new products in customers.

The Candidate:

Ideally the candidates will be self-starting, motivated individuals with great organisational skills and a good eye for detail. Problem solving, fantastic written and verbal communication both internally with colleagues and externally with customers will be critical.  You will be supporting the national account manager with their accounts in the ‘out of home’ market as well as managing your own portfolio. Therefore, as an individual you need to be proactive and hands on – driven by a desire to ensure that all key tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled and that the best possible results are achieved for both customers and internal stakeholders.   Bradburys is a fast paced environment so being able to respond with speed, confidence and clarity will be a necessity.

The Role:

Duties will include:-

- Responsibility for own set of accounts profitability and building selling relationships with the buying teams.

- Gain an understanding of the Out of Home market, it’s customers and ways of working

- Sales administration including new line forms internally and for customers, promotional forms and general business administration.

- Using Company systems such as Syspro and PLM to drive tasks and activities.

- Managing and preparing sample requirements including booking out, production trials, mock ups, presentation and administration, sample submission forms and couriers.

- Proactively raises and resolves  customer problems and issues

- Ensuring all relevant paperwork and administration are completed to Bradburys procedures.

- Lead responsibility for small to medium accounts with direction from the Account Manager.

- Maintain effective communication and commercial relationship with customers.

- Management of costings alongside Finance, understanding the key importance of margin.

- Project management alongside the Account Manager, ensuring successful running from start to finish.

- Ensure an effective working relationship is maintained with all key internal stakeholders, with a focus on communication.

- Work alongside Account Manager and Supply Chain to track and analyse sales figures.

 

Other Responsibilities:

- To conduct yourself in a safe and diligent manner and comply with health and safety policies and procedures.

- Uphold and promote company policies and procedures, promoting those specifically to your area of work, including Equality and Diversity.

- To be conversant with and participate in activities and developments relevant to the post.

- To maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.

- To present and promote an appropriate public image in representing Bradbury’s

- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required for the post.
