Throughout the past eight centuries Parmigiano Reggiano has been produced in the Italian provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Mantua and Bologna. Colla Spa started its activity in 1921 in a small dairy farm in Cadeo, and is today highly ranked among the leading Italian companies. A hard grainy cheese with a long and natural maturation, rich and sharp in flavour. Flavour profiles are often age dependent, ranging from fruity in taste to bitter. Pre-grated.
