Description

Throughout the past eight centuries Parmigiano Reggiano has been produced in the Italian provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Mantua and Bologna. Colla Spa started its activity in 1921 in a small dairy farm in Cadeo, and is today highly ranked among the leading Italian companies. A hard grainy cheese with a long and natural maturation, rich and sharp in flavour. Flavour profiles are often age dependent, ranging from fruity in taste to bitter.
