A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Role

 

We are looking for an individual who is a confident, customer facing personality to handle a dynamic and ever changing piece of our business on a full time basis.

 

There will be some vital control areas that need to be managed efficiently and with great attention to detail, that are important to our daily success and customer satisfaction.

 

There will be the need for engagement with many individuals both internally across the business as well as external sources including customers, to deliver the needs of this fast paced business.

 

Initially office based we seek an individual with a drive and focus on delivering fantastic customer service over telephone and email with potential to develop into customer face to face visits. Someone who can develop and maintain customer relationships and be proactive and committed to always doing their best. For the right candidate further opportunities within our Sales department may arise fuelling a successful career in our Sales and Commercial department.

 

The applicant is desired to be a confident communicator and work with colleagues as part of a team and responsibly manage their own time. The ideal candidate can handle a series of challenges and deliver in full and on time. They should be totally computer literate, or have the ability to grasp the training. The applicant should want to be part of a commercial team committed to delivering and have the courage to always try

 

The role

 

Duties will include:

 

  • Answering Telephones and dealing with enquiries
  • Administrating orders on our systems (full training given)
  • Fulfilling all elements of customer orders from beginning to end and interacting with relevant departments to aide this.
  • Maintaining and updating product information on our systems and communicating to customers where necessary
  • Building and maintaining fantastic customer relationships

 

 

 

Other Responsibilities:

  • To conduct yourself in a safe and diligent manner and comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Uphold and promote company policies and procedures, promoting those specifically to your area of work, including Equality and Diversity.
  • To be conversant with and participate in activities and developments relevant to the post.
  • To maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • To present and promote an appropriate public image in representing Bradbury’s
  • To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required for the post.

 

 

The Candidate

 

We are looking for a determined, tenacious and positive individual who is an excellent communicator and demonstrator of great attention to detail. Someone who is keen to continuously work hard to maintain the highest level of customer service, fulfilling all related tasks from beginning to end. We want a confident individual who is competent on computers and systems and coherent in their communication both verbally and written. A candidate with flexibility, fast paced responses and the ability to solve problems will be an absolute necessity and with the confidence and clarity of thought to make it happen.
