We are seeking three proactive individuals to join our newly restructured Supply Chain Team as Supply Chain Co-ordinators.

Previous experience of the supply chain function is not essential however a good knowledge of computers, systems and mathematics is required.

The Candidate:

Ideally the candidates will be self-starting, motivated individuals with great organisational skills and a good eye for detail. Problem solving and fantastic written and verbal communication both internally with colleagues and externally with customers will be critical.  Whilst you will be working within a team, you will each have your separate responsibilities, customers and production lines. Therefore, as an individual you need to be proactive and hands on – driven by a desire to ensure that all key tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled and that the best possible results are achieved for both customers and internal stakeholders.   Bradburys is a fast paced environment so being able to respond with speed, confidence and clarity will be a necessity.

The Role:

Duties will include:-

  • Multi-tasking approach to manage varied tasks and activities within the supply chain function
  • Play a key role in the planning, control and delivery of products in full and on time to your allocated accounts
  • Create relationships with key staff across the site and engage in thorough communication
  • Create relationships with your customers key contacts liaising with them regularly
  • Manage, review and amend data and systems such as Syspro (inventory management)    MRP (material requirements planning), APS (production planning), Orchard (warehouse management) and PLM (new product development).

Other Responsibilities:

  • To conduct yourself in a safe and diligent manner and comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Uphold and promote company policies and procedures, promoting those specifically to your area of work, including Equality and Diversity.
  • To be conversant with and participate in activities and developments relevant to the post.
  • To maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • To present and promote an appropriate public image in representing Bradbury’s
  • To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required for the post.
