Cheeseboards

Our dedicated cutting and assembly rooms are able to prepare pre cut cheeseboards for the ideal ‘back of house’ solution. With our extensive range of cheeses we are able to cater for different  selections across British, Continental and Artisan cheese with boards to fit a particular budget. Pre cut board allows easier budgeting for menu’s, consistent size and weight and ease of serving for staff.

Hot Eating

We have a range of options across Continental cheeses for hot eating solutions from Halloumi and grill cheese to baking Camembert – ideal for starter and vegetarian alternatives for menus

Selection Packs

Our diverse range of pre cut and wrapped cheeses coupled with our packing facility allows us to pack pre selected boxes for back of house use

Snacking

With the growing convenience trend for ‘food on the go’ our ability to pair cheese snacks with accompaniments allows us to create snacking solutions for out of home consumption outlets and alternatives to traditional lunch and snack options

Wholesale Solution

Along with our Specialty items we also offer the full range of traditional and specialist cheese products from Cheddar to Stilton and Parmesan to Gorgonzola in a range of different retail and catering sizes and formats for the wholesale/cash and carry customer
