Parmesan Crusted Lamb

Parmesan is for so much more than bringing out once every few weeks as a topping for your Spaghetti Bolognese, there are many different ways this cheese can be used. This recipe will show you how to make beautiful Spanish style Lamb cutlets with a Parmesan crust.

This is one of those recipes where your guests automatically think it’s fancy and that youv’e put a lot of effort in – but it’s actually a very simple and easy meal to cook! As long as you make sure you have some quality peices of lamb, and quality cheese, this is sure to go down a treat.

This recipe is to serve one, so double ingrediants to suit your guests.

Method

1.

Coat the lamb cutlets in Mint Sauce

2.

Roll in the grated Parmesan until thickly coated

3.

BBQ or griddle the lamb until cooked to your liking

4.

Serve with Aoili and enjoy!

3 Lamb Cutlets

100g Parmesan Cheese, finely grated

1tbsp mint sauce

Aoili for dipping

Salt and Pepper to taste
