Oumi, Chorizo and King Prawn BBQ Tapas

Succulent king prawns, spicy chorizo, and grilled Oumi Halloumi cheese are combined. Each ingredient is skillfully barbecued to enhance its flavour and then served together for a smoky and satisfying bite. This vibrant dish captures the essence of a Mediterranean feast, perfect for sharing.

Method

1.

Add Oil to your pan on a low heat, your Chorizo will release oil as it cooks so be mindful of how much you add.

2.

Add your diced Garlic and Chilli Flakes.

3.

Slice your Chorizo and add to your pan to begin cooking.

4.

Grill your Oumi until Golden brown on the outside.

5.

Add Prawns to your pan alongside your Chorizo and cook for 5-8 minutes.

6.

Once your Oumi is Golden brown add this on top of your Prawns and Chorizo and serve.

Ingredients

300g Oumi

100g sliced Chorizo

150g sliced King Prawns

2 cloves of diced garlic

2 pinches of Chilli Flakes

Salt and Pepper to taste

A good glug of oil
