A fresh, milky and clean halloumi with a slightly rubbery texture and salty taste. Product slices well and is firm with a very light texture. Traditionally ate in much of the Levant region such as Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, Palestine, Jordan, Israel, Egypt and Iraq and typically consumed at breakfast.
