Bradburys’ Sourcing Director Richard Paul makes the perfect pair as he teams up with Colin Woodall of Woodall’s Charcuterieat April’s Farm Shop & Deli Show.

On Tuesday, April 25th from 16:00pm – 16:45pm, Richard and Colin will be demonstrating how we can all become more adventurous with the pairing of meats and cheeses.

With over 300 years of experience between the two companies, both Bradburys and Woodall’s are perfectly placed to offer advice and recipes. Established in 1828, Woodall’s has a considerable history, having supplied their Cumbrian Ham to the Titanic in 1912, and Cumberland Sausages to Concorde in the 1980’s.

Bradburys followed shortly after, setting up business in 1884 and has been supplying award-winning cheeses around the world ever since.

Both Richard and Colin will teach guests of the Farm Shop & Deli Show to combine statement flavours in style, all alongside the best wine and beer to help you get your customers’ taste-buds tingling.
