History/ Provenance
Fielding Cottage is an award winning small business based on a farm in the heart of Norfolk. The Steggles family has been making cheese in Honingham (near Norwich) since 2009, when they bought their first 10 milking goats. There are now approximately 800 goats on the farm.

Pair with a Sauvignon Blanc, especially wines of the Loire such as Sancerre.
